Context
Its core purpose is to create a safe channel where employees can share insights, concerns, and suggestions without fear of exposure, while giving companies clear, actionable signals on organizational health. Cleaary focuses on simplicity, trust, and clarity: anonymity is enforced by design, data is centralized and structured, and insights are presented in a way that supports real decision-making rather than vanity metrics. The platform is built with a strong emphasis on scalability and multi-tenancy, making it suitable for companies of different sizes and structures. Cleaary supports role-based access (employees, managers, administrators), controlled visibility of feedback, and analytics that highlight recurring themes, risks, and opportunities. In practice, Cleaary helps organizations improve internal communication without adding friction, detect issues early (culture, processes, workload, management), support HR and leadership with concrete, anonymized data, and foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement. It is built with Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, Next.js, and PostgreSQL. Cleaary is not a social tool and not a survey platform in the traditional sense. It is a focused feedback infrastructure, designed to integrate into modern organizations as a long-term, reliable signal for people and process optimization.
